• You will be guided through 42 fundamental yoga asanas with guided personal attention from your instructor. Each day focuses on a new family of yoga asanas, which you study in the evening and practice teach the following day.

• You will practice-teach fellow students every single day of your online yoga tteacher training. We feel it’s imperative because it’s the most effective way to learn how to teach yoga.

Be Empowered in the 3 primary meditation practices of the ShambhavAnanda Yoga Tradition: Mantra meditation with mantras handed down over 4 generations in the ShambhavAnanda Lineage, Heart Meditation, as well as Breath Awareness Meditation. All Meditation practices are considered “Chaitanya” practices, which means living practices as they have been used to their fulfillment by preceding Meditation Masters in the ShambhavAnanda yoga lineage.

 

Study Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, as translated from the original Sanskrit text by the ShambhavAnanda Yoga school, as well as the Shiva Sutras.

Participate in Kirtan, devotional chanting, with ShambhavAnanda yoga practitioners.

Begin and end everyday of your training with a 30-minute guided meditation practice. Meditation is at the heart of the ShambhavAnanda Yoga lineage and we strive to bring it into everything we do.

Ask your burning spiritual questions in weekly Satsangs (question and answer periods) with Acharya’s of the ShambhavAnanda Lineage, where you can ask questions about your spiritual practice and meditate with a spiritual community.
