Practice what you Teach!

community diptic

Shambhava Yoga was founded, and is run everyday, by passionate practitioners pursuing their growth. Aspirants come from all backgrounds, with different talents and skills. Those who stay, who do the work and grow, those aspirants become students. And when those students have ripened, and are bursting with content, they begin to teach. Teaching is itself a tool for further growth, and the cycle of growth continues its upward spiral. It’s the beauty of an authentic yogic tradition, something that makes Shambhava Yoga truly special.

After graduating with Honors from Depaul University in 2005, he moved into the Shambhava Yoga Ashram and has since dedicated his life to living and working there. His teaching style incorporates unique work-books, on-screen presentations and iPad applications in an effort to make the training accessible to all learning modalities.
