NEW! Introduction to Shambhava Meditation Series
When: Saturday Mornings 10:30-11:30am. First session is from January 28-Febrauary 25. Second session is from march 3-31.
What: A weekly class instructing you in the foundational meditation techniques of the Shambhava Tradition. Techniques include breath awareness, mantra, and heart meditation. You will also discuss your experiences with mediation and the underlying philosophy of meditation.
Cost: $60 for 5 class series. No drop in available, 5 class registration required.

Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, & Meditation
When: M, W, F, Sat. 8:30-10:15 am. Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
What: A traditional Hatha Yoga practice with emphasis on the breath, alignment, and working in the pose. Class begins with gentle warmups, followed by asanas, pranayama (breathing exercises), and a brief meditation. Guaranteed to calm your mind and refresh your body!
Cost: $10, mats and props provided
Chanting, Meditation, & Satsang
When: Monday Nights 6:30-8:00pm. Gates open at 6pm.
What: Traditional practice of Kirtan (heart felt sanskrit chanting) and guided meditation in the Shambhava tradition.
Cost: $5, Meditation Cushions provided
